Refunds:
No refunds on used housings/faceplates/etc. Product must be the the original packaging.
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund.

Procedure:
Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and a statement indicating the customers request for a refund. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Gyver will reimburse the customers at the adjusted amount after merchandise is returned. Refunds will take from 5 to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges:
Gyver will exchange merchandise upon the customers request.

Procedure: Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and the item number(s) in which the customer would like an exchange. Upon arrival, Gyver will ship out the new item. If the value of the new item is
above or below the value of the original item, adjustments will be made accordingly.

Defective products:
Gyver will exchange for all defective merchandise.

Procedure:
Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, Gyver will verify the defect. If defective, Gyver will exchange the item.

Shipping Policy:

If you make your orders after 12pm pacific time, Most orders ship within 72 hours on the next business day. 
Please note, orders are normally shipped within 72 hours on the next business day that an order is placed
regardless of time of day the order was placed. Some orders could take up to 6 days to ship if an item has
to be special ordered due to the high volume of sales. This applies to all shipping options.
It would very depending on the location. But it would take approximately 3-10 days by USPS Ground. Normal delivery time is 4-7 business days. Priority Mail (2-4 days) and Express Mail (1-2 days) are also available at an additional cost. Shipping rate is adjusted by USPS depending on the weight. If you want to receive the merchandise faster, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charges.

There's no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
