LG enV2 Keybo Defective Snap On Protector Cover Cases
Hello friends in the past couple of weeks a few thousand snap on cases for the LG enV2 vx9100 made it to the USA. The one that is made correctly has three nice size catches one at the top and bottom and one on the flip open side. Keep in mind the defective env2 cover might work for some users but it really depends how they flip open the phone. We are taking the steps to replace and exchange out the defective cases that we have already sent out to our customers. Update: 07/09/2008 Update: 08/12/2008 Update: 09/26/2008 Update: 01/20/2009
Wholesalers and Retailers moved the env2 cases so fast that they did not even think to test out the second batch of
the env2 cases and we are also included in that also. Well the env2 back covers are ok but the env2 front cover on this
second batch was not made correctly it was made with only two small catches on the front cover one at the top and one
at the bottom which this makes the front cover just fall off when you open the phone with your left thumb or finger on the
left side of the phone.
So don’t buy the snap on cover the has the small camera hole which is how you can ID the bad batch. A new shipment is
coming by 06/30/08 by air and this problem will be fixed by replacing the second batch with the original style.
The new cases made it but they fixed the top and bottom but they added an extra piece on the wrong side of the front
snap on case. The extra piece should have been put on the left side but they put in on the right side and it catches
between the silver/chrome part and the plastic on the display. Not Corrected!
The new env2 cases with the small camera hole have been updated so that the env2 case will work on the enV2 without falling off.
The LG env2 cases with the small camera hole have been updated with larger tabs.
The LG env2 cases also work with the LG KeyBo phones that are in Canada.
