Sidekick LX Panel Housing Kits
Hello friends we stopped the Sidekick LX Panel Housing Kits because there were a few issues with the vendors. GyverGear.com has been around for some time and we are known to have sidekick products that are hard to find and we also have a great presents on the web and a great rep with consumers. A few months ago a vendor asked why we didn’t sell the full kits for the Sidekick LX and we said it would void the warranty and customers did not ask for the product. So we told the vendor, send us pictures and we will put them up and if someone buys one we will special order the kit, well we posted the kits and sold a few 100 very fast and at the time we put together for our special order the kits were not in stock. So one of our customers was upset and called the vendor and asked if he had the kits and one of the reps said we have 1000′s of kits in stock and ready to ship. So the customer called us and told us what happened and we called to see why we could not get our order, very rude to make a long story short.
Back and Forward with this then they end up wanting us to buy in a crazy volume why did they change so after we put them online? Was it that they wanted the kits to themselves for retail or did they get extra biz from the pictures we posted, HUM?
Don’t have an answer all I know we have a few 100 refunds to do.
Bad business to make a business look bad for gain.
